I'm also unable to import my data from the keep. It only allows me to choose the default world state at new character creation. I've done everything I could think of. My EA account matches what shows on my Xbox. I even have previous DA:I play through saves showing in my keep, so I know that's not the issue. The keep shows that everything is exporting properly. I've logged in and out on the keep, on my Xbox, switched profiles and back with the game still open etc. I've also restarted my Xbox, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
With the trailer recently coming out for the newest DA game I really wanted to go through all the games again and make sure my custom world state was set for when it comes out (just finished playing DA:2 earlier today). This really sucks, the custom world state is one of my favorite things about DA games, and now it's not working.
