I'm not sure this is how you're supposed to do it, but since I can't get a hold of anyone, even after they helped me yesterday I needed more help.
So basically I was told to clear my origin cache. Or that I needed to because I have a glitch. I was logged into my origin, into my dragon age keep. but for some odd reason only now, when I start a new game, it doesn't take my custom world and says default world.
I was told this was an easy fix, just a glitch, just clear your cache for your windows

Only...I can't delete everything as they say you can, that it's open elsewhere.
I don't know where it's supposedly open. Then I got to wondering if my Sims 4 was interfering. I have it on another account, but the accounts are linked.
I never got an answer for it, and thus I am still stuck with being forced into a default world.
I don't know what to do and I'm only learning now that apparently there's no one at EA who can help me today.
( even though I tried to contact them after I tried the first time and it didn't work, I couldn't chat with anyone.)
So if someone could help me out I'd appreciate it greatly, thank you.
