Dragon Age Keep import & Golden Nug issues [solution PC/PS4 only]

So i decided To play dragon age inquisition again. But i had many prpblems. The first that i finally solved was the i couldnt import my dragon age keep into the game. I only had the preset one.

Then now that i am able To actually load it, it says it cant find anything on the dragonage keep. And i checked it says imported in the game and im connected in my account on both dragon age keep and origin. Anyway all the account match (i only have 1 anyway)

Please help
