Platform(PC/XBOX/PS), internet connection type(DSL, CABLE, WIRELESS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE NETWORK, WIRED OR WIRELESS TO MODEM/ROUTER), Firewall settings(if any on system), have you checked 100% that you are using correct account linked to DAKeep, If PC what Anti-virus are you using, and finally what steps have you taken to fix the issue before posting??

Actually we just need to know the platform. Cause there's a fix for the keep problem (if it's the same as everyone else's) and you're not playing on Xbox cause infortunately we haven't figured out a way to work around it yet.
