I've been playing DA:I since it was released and had no problems, but now two of them appeared out of sudden on both my accounts.
1) While creating a new game only a default world state is avaliable, though I've loaded my custom one from the Keep and it said that the world state was synced successfully.
2) If I try to load an existing game, I see that there's no Golden Nug anywhere except for one game save. If I try to sync the collectibles with this Nug, it is said that DA severs are unavaliable and my collectibles can't be synced.
I don't know, what to do or what has changed since my last successul gaming session. Please, help.
Currently I am experiencing an issue with importing my custom world state into Dragon Age Inquisition, and cannot seem to find a reason as to why it is not recognizing the exported world state. I have exported the world state from the Keep multiple times, have ensured that both of my accounts are the same on both ends and are online, and I have even verified game files and Origin's own files as well to try to discover the issue. Nothing so far has worked, and I have uninstalled everything I can and even have disabled my antivirus and firewall in order to get it to work.
When I go to the Keep, it says that the world state has been exported successfully each time that I make the attempt, and I cannot see a problem with it unless the services are down for some reason. Whenever I load up Inquisition, it says that it is connecting to the game servers and seems to connect without a problem. My only issue is that custom world states are not loading.
I should also mention that I am not running mods, so that should not be an issue.
Is there anything else that may be causing my issue, or is the Keep and/or Origin service just experiencing difficulties at this time?
Take a look at the posts, it’s been an issue for about a week now. Pretty annoying! There’s a work around for PC/PS4 users if you’re playing on one of them, it’s in one of the other threads. No solution for Xbox One yet. Good luck!
this is what it looks like after I had a successful export of my world state like an hour ago 😓 
I am logged into the ps4 network and i think i’m logged into the da servers, or at least there is no prompt for me to do so on the main menu. If there’s somewhere else to log in i’m unfamiliar with it.
It wasn’t easy to create that world state either after ea shut down the site for imports. they really gotta fix all this before da4 smh
