Dragon Age Keep import & Golden Nug issues [solution PC/PS4 only]

I think I have something, here...
I have unchecked all options in the Account parameters in the game.
Close and restart the game
Choose "connect to EA server" at the start page of the game
Choose New game
And there, after creating my new character, I was prompted if I want to import a personnal state
I'm crossing fingers that it will be a generic cure ^^
