Dragon Age Keep import & Golden Nug issues [solution PC/PS4 only]

So the golden nug in Dragon Age seems to have vanished from all my saves except for one which has a completed campaign. But whenever I go to synchronize collectables across saves it gives me the message "Failed to Synchronize. Unable to connect to Dragon Age servers. Please try again later" even though I'm online and signed in my origins account and have done basic to advanced troubleshooting. Any ideas on how to fix this?
