I've had the same problem on xb1, I've never used dragon age keep until now because I didn't realize how much I could change and I spent all day after work yesterday and up until now today trying every workaround i could possibly find on the internet just so i could find out that the game was rigged from the start. I waited years before getting Keep and of course there's a new game breaking bug the same time I get it smh
