Currently I am experiencing an issue with importing my custom world state into Dragon Age Inquisition, and cannot seem to find a reason as to why it is not recognizing the exported world state. I have exported the world state from the Keep multiple times, have ensured that both of my accounts are the same on both ends and are online, and I have even verified game files and Origin's own files as well to try to discover the issue. Nothing so far has worked, and I have uninstalled everything I can and even have disabled my antivirus and firewall in order to get it to work.
When I go to the Keep, it says that the world state has been exported successfully each time that I make the attempt, and I cannot see a problem with it unless the services are down for some reason. Whenever I load up Inquisition, it says that it is connecting to the game servers and seems to connect without a problem. My only issue is that custom world states are not loading.
I should also mention that I am not running mods, so that should not be an issue.
Is there anything else that may be causing my issue, or is the Keep and/or Origin service just experiencing difficulties at this time?
Take a look at the posts, it’s been an issue for about a week now. Pretty annoying! There’s a work around for PC/PS4 users if you’re playing on one of them, it’s in one of the other threads. No solution for Xbox One yet. Good luck!
