Dragon Age Keep import & Golden Nug issues [solution PC/PS4 only]

It doesn't seem to work for Xbox users. Instead it just says "Failed to Synchronize. Unable to connect to Dragon Age servers. Please try again later"

I’ve been trying to play since last Friday. It’s getting pretty tedious now. An update for the Xbox users would be good. I know EA don’t monitor this page, but anything would be good.
