@AlienAlice Moved your post to the current thread. Check the first post for a link to a workaround for PC & PS4.

@PenguinKayla Also moved your post to the current thread, the workaround was discovered several days ago and works for PC & PS4. Unfortunately no such luck for those on Xbox.

Despite having a ticket open for three days, there are no updates (and the outage is now at a week. Color me VERY unhappy with EA at this point.

It may not be an easy fix, and they are also concerned with Anthem right now as well. There's also the possibility that other game servers are affected with some issue at the same time as all of this. They might be extremely busy, but then again, a 7 day time frame for a fix on this issue is right about what I was expecting to begin with. It's the additional time there-after that I am concerned about.

I’m with you. Over a week just to put this feature which has been up and running for years with no updates on progress is so poor.
