Good day.
As already stated in my ticket #47308724 I have issues concerning the keep.
That ticket has simply been closed after 3 days without giving any updates whatsoever, which is (excuse my language) extremely * behaviour towards your customers.
I play that game on my PC but I know that people who play that game on consols have the same issue.
The Worldstates do not get imported even though the green tick appears and everything seems normal.
EA/Bioware do not give any hint that there is any problem or maybe an update that possibly caused server issues.
I am not Looking for a solution because I do not expect anything anymore, I'd just like to know why this happend, what the issue and problem is and why no one seems to think about the people who put their money into EAs big mouth.
And yes, I have tried upgrading game, updating the world-state, repairing the game, un- and reinstalling the game...
I'm sorry that I have to word it like this but I am seriously fed up with EAs so called "customer service". I work in Client Support myself and if I'd ever pull stuff like that I can pack my things and leave the office. If you don't want to properly use a ticket-system don't use it!
I have been a loyal customer for this company for more than 15 years and I simply ask for some sort of respects towards people who put a lot of money into you.
A simple "we are aware that there is an issue and we are currently working on solving it" would have been enough.
I hope that one day the issue will be resolved or someone on here actually wants to help.
