Have the same problem. It worked yesterday but after logging in today, it doesn't work. I'm getting 500 errors when I look at the console.

You cannot even upload the current saved worldstate to a new game in Inquisition. I hope somebody helps.

Also same, was trying to log onto the keep to import a world state and keeps giving the "Oops, an error occurred".

still getting the same message. tell you to refresh then still does nothing.

Yeah, same here. Did all the steps in the FAQ on each device. Good thought on the new account.
It's clearly their issue.
