Dragon Age Keep Not Syncing, Can't Add PSN to it

Hey so, having a bit of an issue. 

I went to the Dragon Age Keep cause I wanted to play some Dragon age Inquisition with some new choices, but for some reason when I export it the changes don't take affect and they are using one from 2022.

It's also weird that I can't add my PSN to the Dragon Age Keep as well.

Tried contacting EA and they told me to post on here.
