Have found several old threads about this issue but I am currently having the same problem. I've already tried all the fixes I've seen in the previous threads, deleting temp files, clearing browser caches, Incognito mode, have tried both on laptop and mobile (off wifi) to rule out connection issues etc. Is there anything else I can try? I currently can't access 90% of the keep.
The Keep is down...again. Please, someone help. I wanted to make some changes to my worldstate before starting a new game. The Dragon Age Keep site is unavailable, and the option to import your custom worldstate into a new game doesn't appear.
Depending on an online site in order to be able to experience Dragon Age Inquisition, a single player game, to its fullest is getting very frustrating.
When will this problem be fixed???
I've had this issue since october 2024, before Veilguard came out.. Sad to see that it's still not fixed 4 months later!
I've tried all of the above, but still the same issue, once logged in, I get this error and get no further.
Community ManagerWhen you log in, do you get to the next screen that says proceed, or will it give you an error before that page? When you change devices, are you also changing browsers? If you are logged into the browsers, they all share cached data with themselves, so if you were on Chrome logged in for example, went to another device, it would keep trying to load that cached data.
Yes, still have the same problem and the keep will not work on any device I have.
