@EA_Illium It's been a few days since I posted this problem here and also brought it up with EA Help on twitter. I still cannot access dragon age keep despite trying everything and I don't even know if there is anything being done about it. Is any action being taken to fix the issue?

EA Staff (Retired)Hi @SpaceFairy Thanks for this information, would it be possible to put your device in a Clean Boot and use an incognito mode to check if you continue running into the error?
- @EA_Illium I can't even get the app to load the game, tried clearing the cache, tried repairing the game and now reinstalling it and still nothing
- EA_Illium@Omengaming_pc To confirm are you trying to access the DA: Keep website or launch one of the Dragon Age titles?
It's the Dragon age Inquisition title off an on, depending on what I've launched beforehand if I launch andromeda I have to mess with the app and settings to get DAI to launch
- @EA_Illium I did do the Clean Boot and I still did not get it to work sadly
Try running the app as admin
