Dragon Age Keep sharing world state to friends error

My friend list appears empty even though I know I have friends on the keep. I can occasionally get it to show my friends when I refresh a lot, but no one has any icons. When I try to share my world state with them I get the message "Oops, An error has occurred. Please refresh the page and retry." Then the page starts loading and never completes it's load. When I refresh the page, it never ends up properly sending my world state and always comes back with the same error.
