Dragon Age Keep sync troubles

I have problem with DA keep. 
My characters are not saved in Dragon Age Keep. I have a game for PS4 and PC. Recently, I solved the problem that I accidentally created a new EA account for the computer, and linked all social networks (Epic Games, PSN and Google) to the old account. On the new EA account, 3/4 of the characters that I started the game on PC were saved. After that, I made a backup of my saves, deleted the game (it was purchased from Epic Games), solved the problem with my account, but the characters are not synchronized with my old account. I also tried creating a new character to see if it would sync with my old account, and its sync after while.
Is this some kind of problem with the servers or is it because I loaded a backup save into the game? When connecting to DA servers no error occurs.

I want to save names and appearances in case the Inquisitor can be imported into the next game. Is there any way to force Dragon Age Keep to see old saves? (All backed up games work fine). I also tried to share the state of the world so that I could edit everything later, but the site gives an error.
