Having the same issue, when I open up 'Offers' it's totally empty....I need the files for Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar and Stone Prisoner....
The problem is that the links should work but for some people they don't... had a chat with support again and he told me the links worked for him but they worked neither on my PC (firefox) nor on my netbook (chrome)...
The Return to Ostagar offer works for me however pay attention to download the offer link at social.bioware as well (there are two links when you click on more info for return to ostagar).
