Community ManagerI suggest either installing the latest or reinstalling the most recent non-beta video drivers. One important point that is often overlooked is to use the custom install mode and tick the box for clean install. This will remove any remnants of old drivers which can cause issues.
I did everything that you said, but the problem still remains.

Still nothing, the thing is it only happens with this game, all the other games that I play run normally.
