Dragon age: Origins - eye colours not showing

Hello, we installed DA:O via Origin account but we have an issue with creating a new character. If we are modificating eye colour, the colour is not showing properly. We can see only dark brown. If we made a character with character creator (the program which is included but separeted), we can see all colours right. But when we import this character, colours are still not showing. Any ideas how to make it right or what's wrong? Thank you very much.
