Dragon Age Origins - Missing Descriptions/Tool Tips

Hello Ataashi,

Thank you for your response. Yes I have checked I am running update 1.05 and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times (both from the original CD's and through Origin) but I continue to have the same problem. I have attached a file with screenshots so you can see exactly what issue I'm having. Keep in mind that I'm only a few of the missing tool-tips and it is much more prevalent than the couple of pictures I'm showing.

I think that might have to do with the Microsoft redist 2010. I had a similar issue until I reinstalled it. It happens because the code derps up in reading the codes, so the newer texts end up being unreadable. If that doesn't work, check the other redist packs and make sure they're up to date.
