We would like to confirm that assertion, if you don't mind, since at least half the time anyone who writes it in forums such as these, they have been inaccurate.

Yes i have checked, But here are my full Specs, compared to the requirements.
Since my os is Win 7 the reqs are as follows,
Bioware's Windows Vista MINIMUM System Requirements
*Windows Vista with SP1
*CPU: Intel Core 2 (or equivalent) running at 1.8Ghz or greater
*CPU: AMD X2(or equivalent) running at 2.6Ghz or greater
*RAM: 1.5 GB or more
*VIDEO: ATI Radeon X1550 256MB or greater
*VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256MB or greater
My Cpu Is Intel Core 2, Running at 2.6 Ghz.
Ram - 4gb
Video - NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 at 2gb of video ram.
