As explained by Gorath, Answer HQ is a Community orientated platform. Moderators such as myself are trying to help whenever possible, but to get help from tech support teams, you will need to contact an EA Game advisor.
To do so:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/
- Log in with your Origin account.
- Click on "Contact us"
- On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
- Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Do not hesitate to chek the BSN as well. Tech forums are now read-only but they contain useful information. Please check this thread for example.
