Dragon Age Origins: Awakening Lost Cd key

Question

I while ago i moved house and seem to have lost my Dragon Age Awakenings manual with the CD KEY, i am now wanting to replay it but can't, Is there anyway to recover my key? I have tried phoning EA but when i select all other games i get an amercian woman saying all help has to been done online, then hangs up and everyday i have went into the chat i am always told i have to wait above 60 mins.

Also whenever i try and download by payed for DLC for origins, it keeps telling me there are no EA servers avaliable, despite being logged in.

Can anyone help me, or is there a email address for EA, i cant seem to find one.

Only a Game Advisor can provide a new key; I recommend choosing Dragon Age Origin (if it's offered as an option) as the game you need help with.

Within Origin:

1) Click "Help"along the upper left corner of the window.
2) Along the menu banner of the window which will open after you click the "Help" link are contact options available in your area. Having EA contact you (Call Me) may be one of the options available.

Hi i tried that, but on my verison of Origin instead of Live Chat and Call me options it just has contact and when i click on that it redirects to me here.

Well i have managed to get through to somebody, although the adviso kept thinking Awakenings was a DLC and insisted it was and was&nbsp;not an expansion pack and kept trying to get me to go to the Dragon Age wiki to download it. Eventually after i showed him what awakenings was the advisor has escataled my report to someone else, whom i have to wait for a email from. What happened to the days when you could just phone and speak to someone who could sort it there and then, or email you the Key while speaking to them over the phone. Much quicker and easier.
