Contact A Game Advisor
1) Enter a short description of your problem in the textbox and click "Find Solutions"
2) From the drop down boxes that will appear:
a. Enter the game your problem is related to.
b. Enter the type of issue you are having:
- Account Management.
- Account Security
- Billing/Purchasing
- Codes: Online Pass/DLC/Promo

- Download/ Installation Issues
- Game Play/In Game
- General Questions
- General Technical Support
- Report Cheating/Harassment

c. Select Platform
3) Click "Find Solutions"
4) The most common issues fitting your description will appear; to continue simply click "I Still Need Help".
The next screen will present the contact methods currently available.
When I searched a few moments ago (Lost Key - DAO - Codes: Online Pass/DLC/Promo - PC) the only option for contacting an official Game Advisor was to use live chat.

Well i have managed to get through to somebody, although the adviso kept thinking Awakenings was a DLC and insisted it was and was not an expansion pack and kept trying to get me to go to the Dragon Age wiki to download it. Eventually after i showed him what awakenings was the advisor has escataled my report to someone else, whom i have to wait for a email from. What happened to the days when you could just phone and speak to someone who could sort it there and then, or email you the Key while speaking to them over the phone. Much quicker and easier.
