Did you install and play DA2 before DA: O? Because that's a common cause of this issue. If you really want your profiles to sync properly, uninstall both games, install DA: O, load your character and save. Then give BSN time to update your profile.
i uninstall both.. and istall only DAO load character, save character ... still nothing. There is really nobody who could help? .. i was on holiday one week and STILL nobody answer me from support -_-
