Dragon Age Origins crashing when trying to access the alienage in Denerin City

I was playing and following the quest Unrest in the alienage and move my team to there. The city map screen show up and I pick the alienage icon and the loading process start but it never ends. I got this problems a lot of time during the game. I used to manage it, loading a previus save game and re-playing everything. but this time it's not working! I tried to move to another location, like Ozzamar, and during the trip, i got a merchant dwarf (i had to wait about 2 min). When i leave and try to keep going the loading screen crash again.

The time between one scenario to another was increasing during the game. Now it never ends.

What can i do?

*************************

Now i got a message error: http://gyazo.com/8117751b13f02b44ffca435f2624bfe2

Is this message about my video card?

My computer configurations:

AMD Phenom II X4 960T 3.00 GHz

8GB RAM

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits

Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB DDR 5

Why this game is crashing every time I move to a new scenario? I reinstalled it today, but now, I can't start a new game, because when i try to change the scnario, it's crash!!!

I solve my problem when I change my hard disk. After I reinstalling everything in the new hard disk, I installed the Dragon Age Origins again and I copy my save games. When I load the save that was broken (walking under ground), the problem wasn't there anymore, and I was able to walk over the bridge of Lothering.

Of course I get all new video drivers from internet for my card video too.

    Thank you for everything!

    Eve,

Thank you for link, it was very useful! But it didn't fix my problem! I don't know how to explain here, but what's happen now is my team is walking under the floor! So in Lothering, there is a arc bridge and i'm unable to cross that bridge!

Anyway I just found out, my hard disk have a lot of bad sectors and in boot, the status of my hard disk is BAD and i need to push  F1 to continue. I ordered a new hard disk.... I hope when i change it and reinstall everything, i'll be able to play Dragon Age Origins again!

    Thank you.
