Dragon age Origins Dlc is free on Xbox one/360!

Title^ Decided to replay dragon age origins, I had half the DLC. Found out all are free when I checked available downloads. Decided to hop on another Xbox account, the same thing. It could be an ea access thing, but I checked if it was that, and nope!
