Dragon Age Origins DLC missing and Visual C++ Run-time Error

I have a copy of Draogn Age Origins on DVD as well as a Digital Copy of DAO Ultimate Edition from Impulse and both editions are giving these errors Whe the configureation utility loads I get the Run...

    So Its been 3 months and I figured out what was wrong with the DLC. The Visual C++ issue was fixed by installing other EA Games from the Humble Origin Bundle. Anyway as for the DLC the problem comes from a corrupted Addins.xml file. I was lucky and had a copy from when my PC ran Windows Vista and Was able to Copy over the corrupted version.     So I guess that EA didn't get to all the things that can go wrong with DLC...

    Now after 2 years of trying to fix DAO I can now play it the way its intended to, On Very High Graphics!

Do I understand that correctly: You are able to run the game in compatibility mode without getting the error message, right?

Now you only have to redeem your code for the additional content of the Ultimate Edition here:

After that you can start downloading the DLC from your profile on the BSN:

https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

You can log into the BSN with the same account that you use for Origin / this website.

    I've actually already tried downloading them seperately and installing them though the DAUpdater program, and it doesnt show that ive installed anything afterwards.
