Dragon Age Origins download error

Im getting a error while trying to download Dragon age Origins on my EA account. Error: The VC++ runtime redistribution package was not installed successfullyy. Setup cannot continue. (-2147024703). I have a much more current software of this installed so im not understanding why the download is not letting me progress with the download on the EA launcher. Is there anything i can do for this?
