@deszno Can you try running Origin with Safe Mode Downloading and see if that helps.
To find the option click Origin in the top left, then Application Settings. On the next page check the Advanced menu and you should see the tickbox for Safe Mode.

I tried safe mode but it still don`t work.
Maybe its a win10 problem because it worked at win 7 but when i installed win 10 and then dragon age its started getting this error.
can i download these in win 7 and then copy it to a pendrive and then insert to the game folder?
If so where should i paste it?

Hmm, you can try that, but I'm not sure it'll work. You can drop the folder into Origin Games\Dragon Age\addins, hopefully it'll work without issue.

Finally i solved this!
I downloaded the full game with DLC-s in my other pc and then copy the files to the one that have win 10.
Now its working like a charm!

Good stuff, thanks for the update. This shouldn't have been needed though, I'll do some testing and see if I can replicate the issue on my end.
