Dragon Age Origins key not accepted by the BioWare

Hi

I do have DA Origins in my Origin Game Launcher and it is legit. But I would like to use the toolset by BioWare now, to creat some quest. But for this, I need to register my DAO on the BioWare homepage. Mass Effect 3, DAO-Awakening and Dragon Age 2 (all in my Origin Account as well) gave no trouble to register with BioWare.

Only the LEGAL key from my Origin Account concerning Dragon Age Origins is rejected as not valid for this game.

After a lengthy chat with EA/Origin Help Desk, they concluded that the problem is with BioWare.

Does anybody have an idea, what else I can try?

I am logged in at BioWare and my profile is ok. But when I want to write them an email, I get the "user not found message" by EA....this feels like going in circles.
