There are several post about this already.

In short you can try the following,
"Try installing the Physx standalone package from nvidia.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.1220-driver.html
You might have to uninstall first, don't know for sure. Fixes this for quite a lot of people."
*Thanks TheRipperG for that solution.*
Another way around it that worked for me was starting the game from daorigins.exe in the games bin_ship folder instead then through Origin.
And the last thing I read that can fix it is by entering the directory where psyix is installed "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common",
copy all those dll files to the game directory under directory bin_ship.

Do a full computer search and search for the file. If you cannot find it, check your graphics card model and make and google the "PhysX Driver for....." insert your card model and make.
Dll's should be either in the game directory, the system32 folder (usually C:\Windows\System32) or in the install directory of your graphics driver.
Here is a general discussion on what it is and how to generally fix it. I would recommend to download the PhysX Drivers from your Graphics Card manufacturer first, though, as that usually fixes it. :

CM Edit: For driver updates it's usually best to acquire them directly from your relevant hardware manufacturer's site.
Hope this helps
