Dragon Age Origins PS3 servers are unavaiblable

I downloaded DAO some days ago because I want to play through the full Dragon Age franchise. However, I have not been able to connect to the servers at all. This means that I won't have access to all...

I have just spoken with one of the people at EA HELP. Apparently, the DA: O servers no longer exist, so they can't help with anything. DLC doesn't show up or is missing, then it's just tough. Would have thought a firm the size of EA would care more about its customers, especially when we are talking about one of its bigger franchises.
