Dragon age origins redeem codes problem.

Hi, today I've received Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition. after I've un-boxed the game from it's pac, I've picked up it's Redeem card and I did as it's function description: (1.Go to Dragonage.bioware.com/redeem 2.Log in with your existing EA/BioWare account (or creat a new account) 3.Enter the code 3.Enter the code 4.Start Dragon: Origins and log in to your EA/Bioware account, your Additional Content will now work.) But unfortunately, after I've installed the game and logged into my in-game BioWare account, I got this message : Until you log in with an account that has previously purchased the fallowing content, it will not appear in your game please cancel then log in, then try again. If you click "Continue,"  the fallowing content will not appear in your game: Warden's Keep, Blood Dragon armor....

Pls help me, I'm a real huge fan of DA Series, but I got this game very hard, and now I can't play the DLC's, what should I do??? :mansad:
