Had to uninstall and install again Dragon Age, but this time completly in english, It's working fine finally.
Looks like data corruption.
In Origin, repair the game by right clicking it and selecting the repair option. I believe in the recent Origin update, this also repairs all DLC, but perhaps you should try repairing that seperately in the addon menu as well.
Are you playing the game in English?
Yes... but with subtitles in spanish, I tried repairing it but nothing... Today I realize that in other in-game DLC like Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar same thing happens, no voice or lips animations. I'll try to repair all seperately, or changing the language completely to english and see what happens.
