So have found what was the problem and I taugh I should share it. So in my case I had the bae file of the stone prisoner but for some reason I didn't got the offer file which give us access to sulcher pass, that file is called dao_prc_ocp_2 and in my case I didn't manage to get that missing file on official site. So I'm sorry if I'm not giving you ''official'' advice, but here it is.
So that was the reason of the bug and now I can anjoy shale's ''joyful'' comment!
NEW: for those who can't find the offer files I've finaly found a safe site to download it so here's the link and all you need to do is to go down the page and choose the offer file you're missing and it should be just fine!

I had the same problem, crystals everywhere but no Sulcher's Pass on map. I dowmloaded the offer file like you said and nothing has changed, I still cannot start The Stone Prisoner. I am tearing my hair out!

Guys, make sure that the Dragon Age Origins Updater service is running as well.

Press Start - in the search field type in "Services" - Search for the Dragon Age Origins Updater service - start the service if necessary
