I can currently buy both the ultimate edition and the dlc bundle from online retailer but which one contain all the pre order bonuses and the collection edition items. Do i need something else do get...

If you decide to buy the Ultimate edition, besides the base game you'll get:
- Three exclusive in-game items (Bergen's Honor helmet, the Final Reason magical staff; and the Grimoire of Frozen Wastes)
