HI @Swat8422 Thanks for the update, Theirs a few reasons why this can pop up. You should still be able to download and play the game and additional content.

For the error itself can you try resetting your password at help.ea.com and changing your Persona name to be shorter then see if this continues?

It looks like using a 'simple' password fixes the issue. I.e. don't use a password with symbols in it, which goes against every password policy I've run into for quite some time. So anyway, alphanumeric it is for now...
