Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition PS3 Save Issue...

I bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition for PS3 and it seems that every time I start a new game and get a little ways into it, I end up having to do something with or to my PS3 and or I have to change a HD or something and I keep losing my Save do to a Locked save Issue.

I am wanting to know why this game has a locked save on it or as they specify it, Copy Protected.

The save must have this copy protected removed since I don't see why I have to have my own save copy protected since it is my own saved game and I want to be able to save it to my Flash Drive in order to have it backed up in case I have to change something on my PS3 or if my PS3 decided to crash out on me and I have to get another PS3.

I don't know why in the first place that Sony had this added to the PS3 since all it does is make me not want to buy any dam games that have locked saves or Copy protected saves on them.

I am not a person that wants or can afford PS Plus so I can't or don't want to deal with PSN cloud service to back up my game that way either.

Please remove this Copy Protection off my Save so I can back up my save or I will not buy another EA game again.

I am tired of this and won't deal with it anymore.

Thanks,

Brian

I agree. After 52hrs of gameplay (standard DA:O edition -PS3) game save ended up corrupted and I had to start the game all over again from the very beginning. Tried to make backup of my DA:O save to my USB storage but it's copy protected. Very stupid of you Bioware/EA. A friend of mine had the same problems with Mass Effect 2 for 4 times. We don't want to pay extra for Playstation Plus Membership in order to backup your game saves online. We bought the game, we played the game and we should be able to backup our saved games with no extra cost. Patch this, it's 2013.
