Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition server issues

Is anyone else having issues with the server for Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition?

Has EA stopped supporting the game?

Am trying to access dlc but nothing is listed and the game can't access the server.

@TomStridon24 With the DAO servers, and even DAII servers, there is an error that players get that says unable to connect to DA Servers as below when you click on login.

This error happens because when the game was coded originally, it was linked to the social.bioware.com site that no longer exists and in order to remove that error from the game, they would have to basically recode the game and release an entirely new version. That simply cant happen with the age of this game.

All DLC you own for this game, if entitled correctly, and downloaded, does work in the game. What matters is when you go into the downloadable content section, you see all of them checked off.

If neither of these is an issue and something else is happening, we would need to see what you see on your end.

@CrimsonDragon80 There is an error with the game about servers because the game is trying to connect to the old Bioware social site that doesn't exist. It would take a lot of work, recoding etc to get that moved out of the game.

Can you send me a screenshot of the error you are getting so we can see if it is the same one or a different one?

Also, is that error actually preventing you from accessing the game, or DLC for the game?

There is no point in the game anymore. They ultimately stopped supporting Origins’ servers back in November last year.

The game is fully functional without the servers.
