Dragon Age Origins update 2016

I haven't touched my Origin file on my main harddrive. I will admit, I use mods for Dragon Age: Origins. But I have not played the game since September 2015. 

Today I logged in for the first time in a month and I saw an update for Dragon Age: Origins. I am unable to find any patch notes. I am currently running Patch 1.05. I'm confused to what this new patch is.
