Dragon Age origins

I just downloaded dragon Age origins The ultimate Edition Played ok until i got to the door to level three in the mages tower and know it just sits there tying to load the next level .

tried every thing but it just says its not responding and i have to turn my computer of and restart .

Please help Any body ?
