Dragon Age toolset unable to download

Hi, I haven't been able to download the DA toolset from the BSN, Bioware social network site. When I try, the website takes too long to load and is unable to 'connect'. I remember downloading it be...

    The toolset (and various associated files) can be downloaded via the official Toolset Wiki, from BioWare's Content Delivery Network.

    Use the 'CDN' links, not the 'BSN' ones.

This is where I was able to download it at. Of course remove the words dot and add a dot.
