Dragon Age Ultimate download

I have tried several times, and have noticed in the forums that this has been an ongoing problem for TWO years now, but I cannot download Dragon Age Ultimate Edition.  It gets to 98-99% and gives me the message...

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments.

Error: 262149:131086"

I download Mass Effect 2 with no errors, so I am pretty sure it is not a file size issue.  I added ports for Origin and even completely disabled my firewall while trying to download. 

Please, either give me a solution or give me my money back.  And by solution, I mean a easily understandable solution for Windows 7 that will fix my problem, not some generalized hard to figure out crap that could be for anyone.

    Sorry to hear about your problem.  Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.

    The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.

    We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...


    You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.

    They are the only ones who can help with purchase/refund issues, (and they might even be able to sort out your download problem.)

    They can be reached using the Help Center.
