So my case have been set to No Fix ( after the operator promised to open a report which I can follow through the ticket )
I am reopening the ticket and will demand more concrete answers
This time they promis to respond within few days. Here is the copy of the transcript:

Robin (5/18/2024, 12:12:50 PM): I checked and found previous advisor have reported your case for investigation. I will advise you not to resume same case as this can increase the investigation time duration and take out your case from investigation queue. I will be re-escalating your case.
