In Poland as well.
I am glad that the idea came into my mind to look on the english forum as well.
Because in germany the same problem with the Dragon Age Keep is active.

The Keep is working fine in North America (00:30 EDT, 17 July 2020).
Which doesn't mean it wasn't down earlier...
