Dragon Loot Unreachable

I purchased DA:Inquisition last week and so far I'm happy with it. Then today I ran into a major bug in the game which is ofcourse the loot that is unreachable. Many people in these forums have had this problem. After fighting and killing the dragon in Hinterlands (fights the last seconds on the edge) the loot glitches, drops through ground and is unreachable. This in itself is pretty annoying for I have paid for this game. Something I do very rarely these days.

The second bug I've noticed is the facial scars disappearing after first game load. Never seen them after that. Will there be any patches fixing these and maybe bringing the loot above ground later to be picked or does it despawn after a time? I believe these bugs have been known for about 6 months now and still no answers?

If you can get close to the loot (even though it fell through the ground) and hit "F" - can you loot it?

The scars will appear if your shaders are set at "high" or above.

Unfortunately the solution was not the Loot All -key. The loot fell down too far from the hill's edge and in too deep. Fortunately, I had an autosave just before I engaged in battle, so I managed to load that and re-play the battle this time focusing on dps in the end, so the dragon wouldn't move to the edge. A very annoying bug though and forced me to re-fight.  I will try your scars solution, thank you!
