Dragonage Keep - Not allowing Tapestry Choices :(

Major Tapestry story line issues 

So I just finished my second play through with DA Origins, and I knew very clearly what I wanted my story to be like and how I wanted it to end which was: Sid (female warrior dalish elf) was in a romance with Alister, made Anora sole ruling queen, agreed to dark ritual with Morrigan x Alister, Sid slays papa daddy dragon darkspawn, and then her and Alister live happliy ever after building the grey wardens etc etc.

So when I get to my Tapestry and I am plugging in all the information it refuses to let some of my decisions coexist with others. One example being if I try to plug in Morrigan had an old baby with Alister it wants me to change Alister to being king and that he was was not a lover with the Warden. Another being if I try to plug in that Alister stayed with the wardens it wants my answer to change to Sid (my warden) dieing in the Blight.

This is all a little frustrating because it wasn't how I purposely played the game :/

I've tried chatting with an EA help specialist who gave me little to no answers about whats going on. 

The only explanation I can come up with - is that the tapestry forces you to make certain events happen to coincide with events in Inquisition. Which would be really disappointing.....like I suppose I understand but I feel like ultimately that cheapens your past characters and the point of world building before the grand finale. 

Anyone else having this problem or can help?
